It is clear that Coca-Cola is looking out for it's own interests: Profits.

Coca~Cola knows that for example the soda named "Coke" is bad for humans in almost any quantity that most people drink it in, but they are more than happy to sell you some, and make a profit.

Coca-Cola bought Odwalla years ago who made 100% juices.

Coca-Cola did not develop Odwalla, it bought Odwalla.

Again, Coca-Cola did not develop Odwalla.

It bought Odwalla so that it could buy a healthy appearance.

Odwalla built itself from the ground up, providing a true healthy 100% juice.

It IS a true conflict of interest for Coca-cola to be a partner with the American Academy of Family Physicians, because Coca-Cola is one of the reasons for the health problems facing us.

They bought Odwalla so that if you switched to a better quality drink for your health, like Odwalla juices, then they will still make money.

Coca-cola's heart is not into it. They will of course say otherwise. They will say it with money-power from all the unhealthy products they sold over the decades. Coke adds life? No, it never really has.

They bought this alliance, and American Academy of Family Physicians sold out.

AAFP has provided consumer education through http://familydoctor.org, at no cost and without advertising for the past 8-10 years. This partnership does seem a bit off, but it's the ecomony we now live in. Lighten up and assume good intent.

High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFC) is one of many culprits that have our children and adults overweight and is some cases, obese. So go ahead America, keep drinking that Coke. The Academy of Family Physicians should be ashamed of themselves to partner with the Coca-Cola company. But, I guess they all need patients to be sick in order to maintain their current lifestyles.

Wow, so Coke has their hands in another partnership with a group that will be telling Americans what foods and beverages are "good" choices for their health. Absolutely hilarious!! The real truth about High Fructose Corn Syrup will never be shared with anyone...too much money involved!! LOL!
