Great article and it was nice to see "lack of sleep" being on top of the list. One of the many reasons for Andy Roddicks recent success is his commitment to not only fitness but his overall health and a big part of that is getting enough sleep. It's not unusual for top athletes to try and get 9-10 hours to help their body recover and perform their best.

Most people don't realize that our bodies are like any other machine. They need fuel, maintenance, and a chance to cool off after a long drive. So many of us don't take care of our bodies, and while we may hold up for some time, eventually exhaustion, bad foods, and lack of sleep will all catch up with us. I tell my clients time and again that our bodies will give back to us whatever we put into them. If we care for our bodies, exercise smart, and get adequate rest and fluids, we will feel good about ourselves. If we are neglectful or careless with with our bodies, we will feel sluggish. It's the body's way of telling us we need to change.
