For someone who works all day and take care of their family at night while also making time for the gym, how do they create a whole foods dinner. There doesn`t seem to be much time for it?

i have a book that doesn't list "total fat" but saturated fats and also unsaturated fats. how do i tell if it's ok or not. i know the other way you should stay under 7 or 8.
