Ok I am a woman and I drink 5-6 beers a day... been doing it for almost two yhears... it actually helped me lose weight and I am underweight now... how ironic. My bmi is 17 or 18 I forget but my dr said I needed to gain weight. I also eat 2 small meals a day and workout... my whole food calorie intake is maybe 500 - 700...

Re: Doni's comment, Exactly! why do you need to drink everyday!?...it is empty calories just like soda and other sugary beverages.

People need to drink more water and herbal tea not sugar.
