Its all about selfmotivation...seeing,imagining the benefits of it all...for me its the 5 tibetan workout .,,,the best of them all

Every time I go out to walk/run in my neighborhood the deer flies chase me. I can't outrun them.

It doesn't actually stop me from exercising but it does make it miserable.

I hate summer.
