Hi do where i can find RSS entries?

I have lost 65 lbs in the last year. I have 35 more to lose. I have done it thru getting caffeine out of my diet (I have never met a nutrionalist who didn't believe caffeine helped prevent weight loss). I eat lots of red meat and love the protein (and the meat itself!). I cut out most starches with the exceception of red and black beans. I excercise 6 nights a week and LOVE it. Instead of desserts I eat 2 ZONE chocolate protein bars for lunch each day. They satisfy my craving for chocolate. The inches are flying off (down 3 pants sizes in 4 months). I am the healthiest I've EVER been and it has to do with the excercise AND the food choices. If I can do this ANYBODY can! But please don't listen to every health study or supposed expert that comes along. Listen to the old info that has been proven true over decades.
