Thank you for these information.

Here is one way to lose weight. I want to share it.

Recently I registered to http://buildsixpacknow.com after being pessimistic about it.  In just a few months, I was very happy to see that it is real and helps us in losing weight. I am very happy with the result.

actually the way i am currently losing weight is being mindful of what i eat. i count the calories in every thing i eat. which does make you think of what you are about to put in your mouth. i am currently on a 1200 to 1300 calorie a day diet. it has been 6 weeks and i have lost 25 pounds. i don't starve myself at that caloric intake, i eat whatever i want, just in smaller portions and look at the calorie content of every package, especially how many servings per container. i walk the dogs on a regular basis. i am being mindful

This is what I am currently working through. I do not have the book as of today.

Our group is working toward the creation of a new approach. The Shared Accountability Model is based on exploring the many many factors . Fastfood advertising is one small aspect. This is a community approach and as a community , if we noticed smoke pouring out of a home , we would take action. Meaningful action and first responders would put their lives on the line to face the crisis.

Is it time to face the crisis? Are going to download the issue onto children? 30 ,000 three year old Americans ,who are 30 pounds overweight await your response. 2,000 U S citizens will be diagnosed with a Chronic Illness on this day.

Industries are preparing to respond , whether that means larger facilities at our hospitals , bigger equipmemt to accept the weight. Supersized community members are going to need many services.

This is a Community Issue , a complex issue , a food issue ,an income issue, education issue, media issue ,public issue ,personal issue ,a medical issue , and a Nations Issue.

The question is to you . Are you prepared to stand and be counted ?To lend your voice to this idea. To demand a response , with meaning and vision , that is laminated together for strength .

Currently we apply strategies to the complex issue , and many critical pieces are allowed to escape. With Shared Accountability ,I accept my role , but others are also forced to join the discussion.

Thanks for reading this message and again lets build a plan , one based on Shared Accountability .

I thought mindfullness was something that required a big life changing comitment so I, though I did attend a couple of yoga and meditation clases, never got into it. Now from what I have read here, it seems that maybe I was just trying to hard and that being mindful is almost as easy as breathing and with practice can be just as automatic. If this is true than that is great becuuse I tend to put myself under a lot more stress and anziety than I should.

I got the book, Eating Mindfully, by Susan Albers and another book about mindful eating. It has turned my life around. Mindful eating is the only thing that worked for me. It is easy and has helped me to be a more mindful person in general.

For years I had an eating disorder. I never got help I helped myself! I am very educated on the subject so I knew what I was doing at the time. In order to not binge eat I do talk to myself about what I am thinking about doing and what are the consiquences of my actions. It does work!
