i have hep C and after 3 treatments, still have it. also diabeties and fatty liver. i'm screwed ! so i walk, light weights and control food. oatmeal, 1/2 sandwhich and high protien dinner. have gone from 254lbs to 230 lbs in a month. i gave up from overwhelming problems but decided to try once more. the hardest part is getting up and starting the day. after you start...just keep on going. at the end of the day, you know you did something at least. don't quit !
