VitaminWater Health is really so helpful but everyone has to make her own decision about what to eat, given her own nutritional needs and cravings.

Since when is Glaceau a Coca-Cola company? THAT'S JUST WRONG!

Katherine Hobson is a great writer. We cannot blame a food company for anything. No one makes us buy their products.

We have to be educated about taking care of ourselves. Just read labels and eat fresh foods, how easy is that.

Keep up the good work Katherine!

I should sue Coca-Cola. I was drinking VitaminWater like a fish. It tasted great and sounded healthy. I was constantly having severe diarrhea and gas. I was always very bloated. Then one day I saw blood. I went to the doctor and found out I had UC. I started a food journal and found out that all foods/drinks containing HFCS or crystalline fructose gave me diarrhea and gas. I now don't eat or drink the stuff. And guess what? I now don't have diarrhea and normal amounts of gas. However, I still have to be very careful due to the UC. Once you get it, you have it for life, not unless you get your colon surgically removed that is.

I'm so sick of reading all these BS articles about how Vitamin Water is the devil just because it has some sugar in it. Get over this stupid sugar debate already, get off your lazy asses and do some freakin exercise like humans are supposed to and sugar is harmless. In fact, unless you have diabetes, sugar is good for you and you need it to transport essential nutrients through your blood stream. I am so tired of misinformed article writers thinking they know what they're talking about and going off on these irrelevant tangents on sugar content. The sugar is clearly labeled on the nutrition facts in plain freakin english. It's also clearly not used with High Fructose Corn Syrup. I seriously want to strangle the person who wrote this BS. Get your facts straight and get off your computer for a minute and walk around the block a few times...get some damn exercise like you're supposed to and you wont EVER have to worry about 33 measly little grams of sugar. Ya big baby.

first off I will not insult your intelligance. You did that well enough on your own. The normal Persons body does not need Vitamin supplements. My Husband you little twit, had Esophageal Cancer, which met his Esophagus and 3/4 of his stomache was taken out. While under going Chemo and Vomiting all the time the only drink that tasted good to him was Peach/Mango Vitamin water and without his stomache and esophagus he would go into dumping syndrome--look it up if you do not know what it is. Vitamin water would replace the electrolytes enough to keep him out of the hospital and off IV's. So to Claify.. You say no wonder he had cancer because he drank vitamin water......maybe you got hit in the head with a coconut or you are just a nut...but if you come down with cancer then what will the reason be...but if you need chemo... please dont drink any vitamin water fall on the floor end up in the hospital and catch a germ that will hamper your recovery or take your life. PS he got cancer from chronic heartburn since he was a kid..but thanks to the vitamen water and some great doctors he is cancer free and doesnt need the vitamen water. This will be my only response to Floyd because I will not waste my time bantering with a very ignorant person. May peace be with you

I read every label before I consume something with a label and Im well aware of whats on the bottle. However, I have chosen to not drink sodas for many years, finding them too sweet and diet sodas full of chemicals and bad, bad taste. I find the vitamin water to be a wonderful alternative for anything out there. Less sweet, 0 fat, 0 sodium and clean and fresh to drink. Its not overly flavored. Awesome stuff! And if it has any nutrients, all the better!

I am a diabetic and need to watch carb intake. I purchased a bottle and could not find any reference to ammount of carbs . I assumed it does not have any or low amount of carbs but 2 hours later my blodd glucose was high enough to send me to a hospital. I emailed them 3 times now (company) ans had zero, nothing , zip responce from them. I can't believe this product is on the shelfs in Canada where it is mandatory to have labels on foods

I will be contacting health canada regarding htis
