Exercise Before Bed? Go for It

One reason some people me not be able to sleep well after exercise before bed time is to the body's brain producing adrenaline. This continues for sometime after working out.

Im a single mom of a 1 1/2 year old, and night is really the only time I have to really work out. I love it though because it clears my mind, and makes me sleep better. And I sleep better When I'm clean so it works out well, I exercise, shower, and head to bed.

A sense of humor is better than being fit any day of the week IMO.

But also, fyi, doing ab exercises alone won't help much at all with cutting body fat. I'm not familiar with the routine you mentioned so maybe cardio is part of it, and it would have to be in order for you to reach your goal. Good luck!

GOT MY P90X DVD'S IN AND HAD TO TRY THEM LAST NIGHT ABOUT 8:30PM.

WENT TO BED ABOUT 11 AND STARED AT THE CEILING ALL NIGHT LONG!!

HEARD THE PAPER BOY ABOUT 4AM AND FINALLY JUST GOT UP AT 5. IT IS

9AM AND I AM NOT EVEN SLEEPY! NOT EVER DOIN THAT AGAIN
