National Human Genome Research Institute is science and money trying to figure out what God has done in the human body. They would have been more successful by studying the word of God. The word of God has proven itself to be true.

All through holy books God is saying follow My ways and be blessed and disregard My ways and terror and great diseases of long continuance will be your fate. Since God cannot lie, there must be a way that those changes come in us. (Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 28)

In some instances it is eating the foods we pollute with pesticides and preservative. It could be the lack of exercise we have from living sedentary lives behind a computer. It could be the various medicines and vaccinations we receive or the x-ray and other preventative and exploratory tests we are given. It could be an automobile accident or machinery accident.

Even Communists recognize that faith healing is powerful. In LP Beria's PsychoPolitics Address on Health Care and Control given at Lenin University he said the only thing that could stop the control of people through Health Care was faith healing and it must be discredited and ended at all costs. (See at http://www.divine-way.com.)

We are too wise in our own eyes and make medicine and technology our god and it is failing us. There is no reduction in disease, rather we are sicker younger and longer.

We do the same thing with our agriculture, changing seed, feeding animals differently etc. Sixty years ago Dr DC Jarvis warned that the way we were feeding our animals and producing our crops was changing the ph of our blood and making us susceptible to every disease that comes along. His book was Arthritis and Folk Medicine. He gave examples and good practices to end what sounded like bird flu and mad cow disease etc. He said the calcium taken into the body does not go into the bones where it belongs, but into the organs, veins and muscles. He prescribes a simple apple cider and honey drink to take the calcium from where it does not belong and put it where it does belong.

We could solve the world's health problems and other world problems by going to a garden paradise lifestyle with trees, plants and pets that provide fresh food around us. We are going the wrong way and our universities and technology are leading the way.

Many primitive people or societies that honor ancient teachings are very adept at healing diseases with herbs and simple ways. We need real change.

God has solutions to world problems we created by ignoring His wisdom

Madam, your words and persuasion have made Dr.Francis Collins the Director of NIH whose knowledge of DNA social as well as biological make him the messaiah of health and disease of the 21st century. I am a humble teacher of biochemistry doing my carpenting of teaching the subject with a humane touch to my students. I know the whole humanity needs to know what they are made up of. What makes an individual think he or she is better than those who are thought as ordinary humans. I was slightly overwhelmed by the concern showed by Dr.Watson in BBC. He opined that an ordinary meal taken by ordinary people living in third world countries could become a luxury when these citizens become healthier and start eat more vigourously. There will be a decline in the agriculturalproducts that will bring scarcity for those living in developed world. Madam we are globalized. We are humans with the same feelings and physiology. Those who have the intellect and knowledge must benefit all the humanity. One cannot allow only the crumbs to reach the needy poor people for whom a meal itself is a luxury. Madam, think of us ordinary people as your brothers and sisters. Always one must think the DNA that dictates life is the same in all irrespective of color, status or citizenship, developed or underdeveloped. Dr.Francis collins and you madam must institute a global Institute not just National Institute of Health of America but an Institute of Health for entire citizens so that the God given gift reaches all of us. Alleviation of poverty is not an utopian ideal but a practical one when like minded geniuses like you all think of every one as global citizens. I know it is difficult but atleast there is no harm in dreaming for dreaming is also biochemistry as Dr.Francis Crick thinks

Dr. Healy, NIH is perhaps the most important civilian U.S. science agency; it is certainly is the one with the largest Congressional budget. The NIH director is a public spokesperson for science and a role model. Would you support a person as NIH director who publicly announced her or his deep belief in the existence of unicorns? Well, Francis Collins is a religious fanatic. When he speaks about his religious beliefs he makes no sense. Francis Collins is entitled to believe whatever he wishes and he is free to express his views publicly. However, his religious fanaticism irreparably damages his credibility as a scientist. He is not an appropriate choice as NIH director.

The "ATLAS project," to which Dr. Healy refers, is actually The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), and it is a joint effort of the National Human Genome Research Institute and the National Cancer Institute.
