Do I take or not take the hormone replacement. I have been taking estogen thru pill form for almost 20 years. At one time I took a pill daily but was told to cut back 3 or 4 times a week.I try but the hot flashes and the just bad feelings and moods I have by not taking the pill makes everyone around me troubled,with one excecption.My lover.
Should I stop taking the pill all together or should I take 3 or 4 as normal?
