Home Blood Pressure Monitoring Works Better Than Doctor's

I was prescribed a diuretic for HBP as my pressure was high 3 times in a row when at the doctor. I took the medication and began monitoring my pressure at home. I hated the medication and stopped after 5 days. I did some research on the internet and purchased a machine called "Resperate". I monitored my BP 3 times a day and found it was only high in the afternoon (when I went to the doctor). After using the machine in the afternoon, my blood pressure would drop to normal again. After just 1 week, my pressure is perfect morning, noon and night.
