The Skinny On Salt. How Much Is Too Much?

Your probably drinking alot of water. Overhydration can dilute the sodium in your body. Or perhaps your consuming alot of potassium (from fruits, vegtables, fish etc). Postassium balances out the sodium.

I salt almost everything I eat. My blood pressure avg's 110/70. My blood work is always good. I'm 64 yrs old. Any comment?
