I’m a Cancer Patient. Should I Ask About PARP Inhibitors?

There are actually 7 PARP inhibitors in development.

The other two are INO-001, which is being tested in acute myocardial infarction and CEP-9722, which is being tested in cancer.

The mysterious 8th one, if you wade through the link to the clinical trials, is bardoxolone, which is not a PARP inhibitor, but an antioxidant inflammation modulator or AIM for short.

I would also be interested in knowing what the others, are, too. I also know of the five mentioned by Bill in FL.

Thank you!

I know of 5 Parp Inhibitor agents currently in clinical trails, Bipar Sciences (BSI-201), Abbott (ABT-888),Astra Zeneca (AZD2281/KU-0059436), Merck (MK4827) and Pfizer (AG014699). The article mentions that there are at least eight that are being developed. What are the others?
