I'm on a 50-30-20, 1200 cal diet and eat 2-3 fruits per day. I figure I take in 60-75 grams of sugar per day. I don't understand how I can cut sugar any more than I do except to not eat fruit.I don't add any sugar to anything and I don't drink sugar drinks. Please help. Thank you!

Even keeping my sugar level below 25 and my sodium level below 2300 a day, I am either staying at the same weight or gaining slightly. I am an active 27 year old lady and seriously do not understand why this is happening. I am stuck in a rut

Great review, very helpful. I do like the way it looks, but would not be able to tolerate the extra girth it adds.

Sugar is used in so many things, and we spend so much for it in all forms, that I remind commentators of what sugar cartels, or monolies, have done.
