How Can People Weigh Aspirin's Risks and Benefits?

I take vitamin supplements and Omega-3 fish oil. I have no heart problem, but have first stage blood pressure and is taking one 10 mg Nifedipine tablet. I wanted to take one baby aspirin a day. Is that safe?
