I visted the Sentara Norfol General Hospital Emergency Room on March 6, 2013. I cannot stop talking about the wonderful service from all involved.

My reason for coming was taken care of in a reasonable time.

Additional findings, unexpected, was found and the staff handled it very well to me.

I felt and was treated with respect as well as compassion the many hours I was there.

I will never forget when one of the nurses asked me "Are you hungry? If so, I will find you some food." She made me feel real good.

Kudos to Sentara Norfolk Gerneral Hospital Emergency Room

Marcus Penn 75 Blind paralyzed on left was severely abused and neglected at Holy Cross in February and now in March on life support with a DNR against his wishes and Advance Directives and my wishes and demands as his medical agent. They starved and dehydrated him near to death and when I made my complaint in writing they ran me out of the hospital and punished him severely and took away his oxygen mask and denied him doctor services even when he went into trmors and needed attention immediately the stat team showed up 12 hours later and I had been to every one even the admin office for assistance. None wuld help I requested to take him to another hospital during that time and they would not let him go nor would they help him. Note HE WAS NOT IN HOSPICE NOR PALLIATIVE CARE AN HAD NOT CONSENTED TO ANY END_OF_LIFE TREATMEN. HE wanted to live! Murder at Holy Cross Hospital of elderly and seriously injured is being done this way even though it is a Catholic hospital and the POPE has wrtten artiles against such cruel deadly treatment. That is was they came after me so hard and I fear for my saftey as the only witness left. Help!

I brought my son to this er about 12:40p.m. He was having chest pains the person at the front desk had to radio and call someone to check him out at least three times. Once they checked his heart rate and pressure I was told that he was wheezing and would need a treatment. When we entered the er there were maybe about two or three people waiting the time is now 3:15 and my child is still waiting here in pain. This is unbelievable first I recommend that this hospital take in consideration and add an er for children, unlike most adults children don't really know how to bare pain. I would never recommend a friend or family member to this facility this place is so slow and inconsiderate.

Best man team ever, thanks to nurse Courtney and Dr. Ta with their beautiful smiles and superb care and professionalism. Thanks to the entire staff, I actually enjoyed my stay in the ER at Thomas Jefferson.

On September 19, 2012, my Dad was to have a simple procedure to remove a abnormal lesion from his rectum. When the Dr. returned to let us know the surgery was done, he explained what he had done. The Dr. performed the WRONG surgery...The Dr. removed multiple skin tags from between my Dad's middle upper thighs by cutting and cauterizing the skin tags off. The Dr.'s comment to the family was, " I saw all the skintags between his legs and THOUGHT that was what I was suppose to do". My Dad went through a very painful, irritable, emotional time for 6 weeks. We even took my dad to another

hospital which treated his surgery site as a burn. It also took a toll on my Mom, whom is a diabetic. This was a very traumatic and stressful time on my parents. Also, the day of the out-patient surgery when my Dad was ready to go home, I asked the nurse for a wheelchair. The nurse's comment was, " we don't have wheelchairs here, if he can't walk out, then he can't leave yet" !!! REALLY ??? My family and I will never trust this hospital again.

I had no complaints until Theresa and Denise came on staff and the blonde girl that took the ultrasounds. I was sexually harassed because they all thought I was too doped up to notice. Once I fell halfway asleep the ultrasound tech was rubbing her finger against my nipple while scanning me. I was asleep but I still felt this horrible thing happening to me and was too weak to react. Then there was Theresa that always talked her head off while taking my blood pressure, she takes her hand and brushes it hard against the side of my breast. Denise just came on out and wanted to have a full on conversation about me taking off my bra!!!! Then she kept going on and on about her own personal business! Disgusting!! I am not at the hospital for this!!! I am a Heterosexual woman and I was there last week because I was in danger of having a stroke!!!!! I will never forget this and this was my first time being hospitalized!!!!

Did not deserve this. of KS 5:02PM January 15, 2013

Memorial Hospital in Rhode Island has an outpatient unit called "Family care Center" with teams a,b and c. Go there for something simple as a cold, you will not need to worry much. But to be a regular patient there WATCH OUT! All the doctors there are learning docs on an internship. They make many mistakes like sending you a letter telling you that you have a disease based upon an error the doctor made. Doctors there cannot answer simple questions, when you ask the doc a question, he has to leave the room, go get an answer 1st and then provide you the answer. Doc entered a contract with me, a legal contract pertaining to "patience assistant program" for persons unable to afford medicine that health coverage don't cover, but then the doc made me beg and jump hoops to get him to call in the prescription and I was left w/out the medicine for months and then he later tried to say the pharmacy wouldn't accept his credentials while at the same time the pharmacy proved he did not call in. Complained to their human resources and to no avail. I now went elsewhere and have new care. Memorial Hospital Family care center sucks!
