Exercise = better sleep

Better sleep = more energy

More energy = more able to be active

More active = lose weight.

Get your heart rate up, get sweating, get fit. Its all too easy to say you don't have the time or energy. You don't have to start at a lot, but get a Sauna Suit and help your heart rate to increase!
