Are cravings worse as you approach your goal weight? Nothing has changed with my eating, it is balanced, I am on the same multivitamin, job, stress level, but I am adjusting my calorie intake per my BMR and continued weight loss as I have been. The goal weight was a subjective choice too, so the last 6 pounds don't mean much because I can afford to lose 16 more as well, lol.

This article analysis how to conquer the cravings of food , I agree with it in many points. When the cravings come we can think other things to distract our strong appetite to overeat.

This article was very informative. I have a cue to eat something sweet when I drink coffee in the morning. the sweet can be small like a few cookies and sometimes left over chocolate cake.

I know it's not right but if it's in the fridge and it looks good, i'm hungry and damn, it taste good with coffee. Maybe i'll switch to green tea it's healthier and it taste better plain.

I'm looking forward to more helpful articles like this.

May I suggest watermelons as a more healthier snack to curb cravings. Here's an article to know more:http://7thnation.com/health/mouth-watering-melons/.

Fabulous article...right on the mark. It also had the humor aspect that makes what the author say, stick.
