I've heard of people trying to lose weight on a gluten free diet. For me gluten intolerance is a very serious problem that results in pain and cramps. If I eat just a small bite of a sandwich my day is ruined and the symptoms come back. I've been symptom free for years now based on a very strict gluten free diet.

This is pretty scary stuff. I follow the blog at http://dietplansforwomen.co and they are very adamant there about living a healthy lifestyle rather than resorting to tricks. Someone is going to end up seriously hurt doing this.
