Miley Cyrus must be a brand ambassador of manufacturer of gluten free products!! dont you think so???!!!

i strongly oppose her opinion, im a nutritionist practicing in LA recommend to get on organic natural sweetener for weight loss, this will help in control diabetes as well as will reduce the chances of having diabetes, it helps tremendously in weight loss as well.. we have been recommending various brands for the same...Zyvia is one of the most promising brands which we have seen so far.

A review paper in The New England Journal of Medicine listed 55 "diseases" that can be caused by eating gluten.

These include osteoporosis, irritable bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease, anemia, cancer, fatigue, canker sores, and rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and almost all other autoimmune diseases.

Gluten is also linked to many psychiatric and neurological diseases, including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, dementia, migraines, epilepsy, and neuropathy (nerve damage). It has also been linked to autism.

A gluten sensitivity or allergy may be affecting people more than they think. I don't think there is any harm done by excluding it for a trial period so long as you replace it with other gluten free grains.

If you're on a gluten free diet, for whatever reason, you're most likely going to be eating a lot less junk in favor of real food. You're going to be reducing carbohydrate intake, probably eating less processed food which contains a lot of added sugars, avoiding bread and it's high caloric content. So unless you're replacing the gluten with junky non-gluten foods, you're going to lose some weight. So I don't agree that it's a terrible idea for anyone.

"Counters Tallmadge: "Most people try it because they feel tired, bloated, or depressed. But we all feel that way from time to time, and it's no reason to rush into a gluten-free diet."

Those who go gluten free don't rush into, for most of us it's a last resort because all the other recommendations from the medical community didn't work and we're sick and tired of being sick, tired, and in massive pain all the time and being handed worthless pill after worthless pill.

Sounds to me like the folks who make money off Bread have written this article. Try gluten-free and sugar-free if you want to feel energized and healthy.
