Is a Gluten-Free Diet Smart for Weight Loss?

I have fought my appetite my entire life. At the end of my first completely gluten-free day, I realized I just wasn't hungry enough to eat one of those (gluten-free) cookies I had just purchased. For people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity (many of whom don't have any symptoms) going gluten-free can be life-changing. Now dieting is a very easy thing and no longer a fight with my body. No harm will be done by giving up gluten for a couple of weeks to see if you feel better. And while it's true that many gluten-free foods don't contain added vitamins and minerals, those can be taken via supplements.

I totally disagree with this lady's proposal for gluten free diet not relating to weight loss,

I'm 16 years of age and a professional tennis playing traveling the world, at age 15 I loved my gluten intake and carbs, i always felt a bit tired and bloated afterwards though, Just thought it was normal, i haven't been tested to see if i am lactose intolerant, but i'm on a gluten free diet anyway.

I can not describe how much better i feel, the biggest problem is cravings but i work through that because I'm mentally tough.

You WILL lose weight on this diet,

chicken, vejies, red meet, small proportions, fruit.

etc eating just these things is not only satisfying but there are a million different kinds you can have.

Try it.

I did and I'm loving my body.

Have you ever tried going 30 days without eating gluten? It might sound strange to some but how do you really know what it feels like? I spent many years of trial and error trying to figure out what was wrong with me. The difference in my energy levels and overall health is amazing now that I found my gluten free diet!

loosing weight is not a bad thing to do but if you loose excessive mass then it may really be dangerous. IT happened in the case of Miley Cyrus, the http://www.felicitysglutenfreehandbook.com acted as an allergic content to her body. So, she must try out some exercises and must intend to eat fatty products.

Yay for MIley!!!! I wish the whole world would go gluten free. Do you know how hard it is to find something gluten free in my supermarket? Next to impossible. And what I do find tastes horrible. Maybe if the demand goes up I will be able to find good tasting gluten free items. I'm gluten intolerant. And sometimes I would love to just have a sandwich! Besides, most people who are gluten intolerant or celiac don't know they are because the symptoms match other more well known (and lets face it, "treatable") diseases. My doctor doesn't ask what I ate. That should be the first question out of a doctor's mouth IMO. Another thing I wish would catch on is sugar alcohols! Just think...no more obesity in America if that got widespread.
