I like using natural remedies for acid reflux. I just changed my diet and try to exercise everyday. It's slowing helping me. Thanks for the post!

In October, 2012 , I was diagnosed w/ Acid Reflux Dis. Since I changed my diet I am able to sing better again. It had affected my singing to the point I was afraid to try to reach any note. It works to use a healthy diet. I even lost some weight. I feel good.

I like the idea of eating like an Italian. Their cuisine is so enjoyable and tasty. If you have acid reflux problems you need to go easy on the rich high fat sauces and tomatoes though. As you state, keep the amount of sauce to just enough to coat the pasta a little. After eating leave enough time to let the meal digest before going to bed (3 hours is usually enough). Many thanks
