In order to build something under the bed to raise the head of the head of the bed to 30 degrees. Or would i need more of an angle than 30 degrees?. If I built something under the bed to the mattress from the floor how many inches in height would I need to get a 30 degree angle. Or do you suggest more then 30 degrees?

Please get back to me.

Thank You.

A Cure for Acid Reflux

I use Sauerkraut instead of any of the prescription or over the counter anti-acids, some are acid blockers which by blocking the production of stomach acids reduce the amount of acids

needed to process your foods, others neutralize the acids present.

Foods not properly digested can set and rot in your stomach and intestines. Cabbage when fermented in the

process of becoming Sauerkraut creates a natural enzime that causes the stomach acids to do their job without causing undue discomfort also the juice works as well, in some

countries Sauerkraut juice is sold for just stomach relief.

I used to suffer from acid reflux and was using a large bottle of tums regularly, then used Prilosec OTC. After using Sauerkraut

I have not used any other anti-acids (some of which are very hard on your liver) for over 5 years. Hope this helps, give it a try !

Has anyone read this book ... are there any NEW tips in it??

Those mentioned above (except for cutting carbs) have been basic rules to avoid acid reflux for the last twenty years...

After suffering with GERD for 18 months, I would add the following: visit a Naturopathic Doctor to work on healing your digestive system. Find a ND who has had success in treating GERD, don't just go to anyone. Heat your water before drinking it, but avoid drinking with meals. Try Santevia alkalizing stick which can be placed in your hot water. Also, try meditation to reduce stress (sit quietly, listen to your heart beating, and notice your breathing).

For me, cutting back severely on meats and fats cut the indigestion to nothing.

I don't need to buy this book, I have followed all the suggestions above per my own doctor's advice, except for #9, & still have extremely bad GERD
