..."according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine". Really? That's your authoritative source? If you were writing a high school level paper and you said, "according to Our Local Public Library..." etc, your teacher would roll her eyes at you.
Did you really want people to come away from reading your article with the idea that taking a multivitamin could cause liver damage and kidney stones?
I'm sorry, but it's sloppily written articles like these that foster misinformation rather than clarification.

I agree with 9 out of 10 of "Things we could ignore". Regarding skin toners, it depends on your skin type, how much you sweat, and personal comfort preferences. I have naturally ruddy skin, which is quite sensitive. I have not been happy with any commercial products for skin - too harsh. I mix my own skin toner, 1/2 witch hazel and 1/2 rubbing alcohol, (cheap products). When I've exerted myself and the weather is humid, my face feels horrid. Instead of soap and water only, I feel much cleaner if I apply my home-made toner with a cotton ball, to get my skin free of makeup, sweat, dirt, etc. Then I use a mild facial soap, such as Ivory or Tone, rinse thoroughly. Then I moisturize with Aloe Vera. Feels great!

Instead of re-filling your 'anti-bacterial foaming soap dispenser' with 're-fill', make your own out of any dish detergent liquid soap at a 50/50 ratio and water(you need the water for the foam). Less chemicals is a good thing.
