Health Buzz: Sleep Apnea Raises Risk of Death and Other Health News

There really is a better way to deal with sleep apnea than CPAP or surgery. I spent 4 years studying sleep apnea and I believe that the root cause is due to the attenuation of the signal from the brain to the diaphragm muscles when the sleeper enters stage II sleep. This un-intended side-effect of the "reduction of muscle tonus" that occurs during this transition causes breathing to stop. Then, when the CO2 level gets too high, the sleeper makes a rapid inhalation DRAGGING the soft tissue into the airway, obstructing it and waking them up. The reduction of the signal from the brain is causing the problem.

So... I found this herbal combination product that INCREASES the signal and keeps the breathing going. This addresses the root cause so you don’t make a rapid inhalation and drag the sagging tissues into the airway. The stuff is called Sleep Apnea Relief and I buy it from Nature's Rite. I've been using it for 4 years and it is really great. So you don't have to use CPAP. I just wanted to let you know.

I have sleep apnea and after studying the problem for 4 years, I found an herbal combination that works great. It enhances the breathing when you go through Stage II sleep so that you don't stop breathing. Sounds simple but it works. The product is called Sleep Apnea Relief and is available at www.naturesriteremedies.com I use it every night and I don't need a CPAP anymore. I've been using it for about 4 years and I really love it. I would encourage anyone to try it. Honestly.

I have Sleep Apnea and use a C-PAP machine at night. It has revolutionized my sleep cycle and in fact my life. I do not dare leave town without it.

I have friends who resist the idea and deny they have a problem when I know they do. It is a shame that so many pass up the solution that is so close at hand.

that Social Security and Medicare "redistribute" wealth from the young to the old is only valid for young people who have no living parents (or grandparents) or those who have such bad relationships with such relatives that they

1) Would not help the elders on a bet

2) Would not inherit anything left over

Most real families are "extended" and a government program that takes money from the kids and pays it back to the elders in real time is not "redistribution" of anything. Why do supposedly smart authors think we're gullible ninnies?
