I was told that combining 2 Tylenol and 3 Advil would give you the same pain killing effects as Vicodin, but without the downside. It that correct.

The combination of niacin plus statin has no greater effect on muscles that statins alone. Niacin's mechanism of action and any untoward effects do not affect muscle tissue in any way.

However, the combination of niacin and a statin is more risky for the liver than either alone.

The combination of grapefruit and medication is especially risky for seniors. Compounds in grapefruit inhibit the metabolism of many drugs which can lead to toxic drug levels.

i recently found out from a hospital in florida that an eptileptic person should not take ane medications that end in DM such as robitusin or others like it becase it could cause a break through seizure but the doctors i see in the state where i live south carolina say its ok. i mean it must be ok because they prescribe the meds for me and they know of my epilepsy, they just don't know how severe it has been or can be again. this is the reason i have went back to what i consider to be the best hospital in gainsville florida even though i am no longer a resident of that state at this time. now that i have been a resident o SC for many years, i find out that the best doctors in this state for my epilepsy issues don't know what they are doing, this makes me question every doctor i see.

Coumadin (warfarin) interactions include: Marijuana/warfarin causing INR values to be increased effecting clotting and causing bleeding problems. Have you had an autopsy performed to determine Cause of Death?

Coumadin should also NOT be mixed with: -statin drugs, antibiotics, alcohol, antidepressants, etc. Check Rx list dot com for more info about these interactions. Coumadin should definitely NOT be mixed with statin drugs such as Zocor (simvastatin) or any other drug ending with statin due to increased/decreased INR rates as well as causing muscle tissue death and extreme muscle pain (due to atrophy of the muscle tissue). Hope this helps!
