When I try research a specific State, County, or city for a list of nursing homes, I receive an error. The companion site is inoperable. Please resolve this problem.

I wanted to see how they determined the ratings, what criteria they used. However, the Nursing Home Compare link above gives a 404 error when I look at all nursing homes in WA state. Makes we wonder how well the site got tested before being launched. Too bad - this is yet another barrier towards getting accurate and meaningful info on nursing homes.

The three pronged evaluation formula used to derive a 1 to 5 ranking is indeed simple. Simply stupid and biased.
