No town should be on the list in NM especially Farmington. What are they basing this on? The road between Farmington and Gallup former highway 666 now 491 is the number one drinking driving incident in the country. NM have the highest averages in the country for drugs, drinking, and violent crimes especially domestic violence. I can buy the Utah statistics but not NM.I live here for other reasons obviously.

Nothing from Wisconsin or Minnesota? I agree with a bad sampling distribution too. LaCrosse Wi has the highest amount of bars per capita in the US.

Its a sad day when you see people proud and boasting about alcohol abuse. These same people one day will also be the cause of overwhelming our already taxed healthcare system.Of course all the taxpayers will have to pick up the tab to care for these dolts when they get older and the body starts failing because of alcohol abuse. But hey just live for the moment who cares about everyone else-as long as im happy. This is why this country is falling to shambles-tons of uneducated lazy addicts.Instead of drinking go educate yourself and learn to actually think of other people you are affecting. Many of you unfortunately will probably kill someone drunk driving.Be smart people.

Have you been to Key West, Florida.... I'm surprised this city didn't make the list as #1.

I currently live in Hickory, NC and have lived near Raleigh as well and can testify that their even being on this list is bogus! Raleigh is a college town and is also full of young professionals. Young/college aged people don't drink?! Also, there are way too many Goody two-shoes in Hickory to ever admit they drink as much as they do. I think we have a problem with the masses being in denial about their behavior.

For anyone saying Melbourne is #1 your wrong. have any of you been to Reno? sure the population is lower but the concentration is higher. drunks everyone like a dame zombie movie. for anyone saying UNR is #1 your also wrong the drinking mainly comes from people in the city. Finally to whoever said Reno drinks cause they have no drug problems. you could not be anything farther from the truth. Reno also has the highest METH problem in the world cause all the drugs going in to California get funneled through Reno. also reno had series of 4.7 earthquakes. if you guys wanna play the who has it worst game. you will always lose to Reno cause it just has to many problems.
