Haha I think I must say Osage County is up there with the top 10 underaged drinking towns in the US. Don't be fooled. We may be a farming community and not have a big population, but most kids are drinking at the age of 14 or 15. Don't be calling us stupid drunk farmers though! We are definitely a farming community and to be one, you have GOT to be smart around here. Another thing that contributes, our deputies don't care as long as you don't drive drunk. The ones you gotta worry about is if a state trooper busts your party (; fun fun county (:

Alcoholism should be outlawed. It kills.. On the roads... It kills families & children are abused!

I did not want to move out here. CREEPY. Don't know how anyone holds a job out here.

They probably don't. Wonder if City Hall can make a strict ordinance against it? Really out of all the US we were picked??? The brain is literally pickled... The person no longer realizes who they are or their victims they a use!!

No1 in the nation ??? H o r r I b l e ...

Hickory, NC? Just can't believe that one...

Now Hoboken, NJ should be on this list... with more bars per square mile than any other city in the USA!

I'm not surprised to see North Carolina own the Top 10 Sober cities list.

North Carolina has one of the most strict government controlled alcohol systems in the U.S. This government monopoly has driven up costs and lowered product availability. It's a system that needs to be abolished.

Every neighborhood in Milwaukee has a bar on every block (every older neighborhood anyways).

I drink 4-5 drinks every day and my doctor considers this a Wisconsin moderate level of drinking (not that she wouldn't like if I drank less).

It would be interesting to see how the questionnaire was worded, I do a lot of traveling for work and am shocked this list isn't dominated by Wisconsin cities.
