No one in the U.S. needs to be worried about their genetic information being used to deny insurance coverage or employment. The Genetic Nondiscrimination Act is now law. For more information, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetic_Information_Nondiscrimination_Act

Nonetheless it is courageous to bare your genes to the world. I have no doubt this will benefit research in the long run.
