Most Asian dentist and doctors at the LARGER centers are European or American trained and have excellent English. I had every filling in my head replaced with the matching white epoxy stuff for under $400 in Thailand about 3 years ago (granted, better dollar - baht ratio then) Medical care in Thailand is fine as well. Also in the Philippines is good med/dental care. Lovely vacation on the side. Do your research; check with others who have been; check the consulates and embassies.
