I am a survivor of several blot clot attacks and would like to be contacted by a spokeperson representing the dvt awareness foundation to educate my class about the symptons and dangers. I live in columbia sc.

Tthe problem is that pressure on the underside of thighs from the seat pan and the edge of the seat pan presses against the thighs, which reduces back flow of blood, only redistributing pressure can help.

Morbid obesity should not be stated a disability. I am a nurse practitioner and for years I have seen where congress decides what is a disability and now we not only accomodate the morbidly obese by having larger line of clothing stores we allow them to say they are a disability and so they don't work, they do not pay for benefits and so as our government continues to deteriorate and make the hard working citizen pay for those that should never claim a disability. It's a shame our world has succumed to such stupidity; however, we as a working citizen are given no choice while the rich and famous don't even spend a penny for the morbidly obese, homeless, or drug/substance abusers,
