What if your HDL is great (mine is 79) and your trigylcerides are fine (mine is 122), but yur LDL is above the very high stage (mine is 192)? Is there anything you can do/take that will just lower our LDL's short of taking statins? Is there any danger in having your HDL's go even higher? I know high is good, but is there a limit on what range they should be in?
