Go get a bottle of Flora Sinus pills and try them. It will remove all that stuffyness and leave you clear as a bell. It really has been a fantastic product.

I dit that rinse for several weeks with that stuff ,The rinse itselfs is realy not a problem,you get used to it in a few days,and just keep your head down over the sink and don't spill it over the floor.My problem was,it didn't do me any good and still live with that stuffy nose,but who knows, maybe it will help others.
