Mandatory Male Circumcision

The Centers for Disease Control is expected to issue strong recommendation for routine circumcision of all US males. To do the right thing, we should have legislation mandating compulsory male circumcision at birth (and afterwards where applicable!) It would be the exact opposite of the statute prohibiting alteration of females. Both concepts deserve to be enshrined in law---permanently. With circumcision a legal requirement for males there will be no more malcontent talk of suing those who perform the procedure.
