Breast cancer

I was a little concerned with the article about strong bones can lead to breast cancer. I have history of cyst in my breast. I had four biopyses and two surgeries. I'm 5'4" and weight 124 lbs and I have osteoporosy. Am I at risk of breast cancer?

Please advise what should I do to avoid having breast cancer, consider that I don't drink or smoke.

Thank you

Julia
