Something's gotta give...

The teen pregnancy rate is out of hand in this country. There were over 725,000 last year. Unbelievable. This has to stop. The "Juno-Jamie Lynn" factor is only partially to blame. These teens' parents need to get involved in their teens lives. Talk to them about safe sex and contraception. I hope that parents with teens watch "Baby Borrowers" with their kids and start conversations and debate. This issues has to be handled at home. Otherwise we'll have have an epidemic of kids who's "parents" can't take care of them.

Why is this a problem

I don't see why procreating is a bad thing. Its natural and pretty much the meaning of life. I think its good people are getting pregnant , its more natural than putting your career first. Honestly it strengthens families, something that America needs!

Its about time tv jumped on to the baby-hyping bandwagon, isn't it? i've never wanted a a kid more in my life until Baby Borrowers made it look really easy. easy to borrow, and return the baby, then sleep. can I sign up for this loaner program. and how long does it go on for, until they are 18?

Juno sold a lot of tickets, but,....

Let's hope Baby Borrowers does some actual good, which Juno didn't, except in the minds of those relieved that Juno didn't end in an abortion (which is a good thing, but far from the ONLY issue.)

The "good" would be not just from a bunch of girls getting scared to the point of saying "no" to boyfriends about sex. The real "good" would come if the boyfriends themselves came to their senses and said to the girls, "No way I'd risk putting you through all that difficulty. You don't have to be the one to say "no", because I will be the one to not let us go too far. I promise." Crazy unrealistic? How would we know? No one "cool" in the movies or TV has even tried to start such a trend.

Why not the Bady Borrowers people?
