Three choices. Three links. No physician referral necessary.

If you don't know about emercency contraception:

Good luck in whatever CHOICE you make in regards to your OWN personal circumstances.

I'm pretty sure that pro-lifer's need to relax. If it doesn't effect you in any way....its none of your business. If someone wants to have an abortion, they'll have an abortion. This is a private decision that a woman can and should be allowed to make. People need to chill out. This shouldn't even be a discussion! This is not a religious issue nor is it a moral issue. You either have a child, or you don't. HAVING CHILDREN IS A CHOICE!

Education

M. Donegal needs some education. First off, Pro-Choice people are NOT "Pro-Abortion" , we are pro-choice - we would also like to see the number of abortions reduced. Study after study has shown that in areas where abortion is safe and legal, and access to birth control is also easier, the rate of abortions actually declines. In areas where access to birth control and safe & legal abortions are restricted the rate of abortion increases - and because the abortions are mostly illegal the number of women who are injured or die from those abortions also increases. So here is your "education" Donegal: 1). Comprehensive Sex Education incuding accurate information about contraception and STDs, 2). Widespread access to birth control, and 3). Access to safe and legal abortions ALL lead to reductions in the number of abortions AND to healthier childbearing age women and healthier babies. Oh, and BTW - one of the "legal" things Hitler did in Germany was to make abortion illegal for "aryan" women.

Pro-Aborts are in need of education

Paint it as a "religious issue" - paint it as a position that "limits women's rights" - or any other way you decide. But, the FACTS are already in folks. Every succesful abortion kills a human being. You don't need to believe in a God to understand simple logic - and that is all this is. Every measure taken to eliminate or restrict abortions is a step in the right direction. Just as every measure taken to eliminate or restrict slavery was a step in the right direction. Roe v Wade literally declared that human beings do no have a "right" to live. If human beings do not have a right to live - what matters any other issue of the day? If I take away your right to live - what matters whether or not you have access to good health care? Or whether or not you can afford to take trips in your moderately consuming petroleum powered vehicle? Or anything else? "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." A, B, and C. You can't exercise your right to "C" if you don't have a right to "B." And neither means anything if you don't have a right to "A." This is not rocket science, this is simple logic folks. Let go of the emotionally charged rhetoric for a moment and look at it for what it is. God may or may not be on the side of the Pro-Life community - but logic, science, facts, and universal ethics certainly are. "Don't like slavery? Don't buy a slave!" "Don't like the holocaust? Don't kill any Jews!" "Don't like killing human beings in the womb? Don't have an abortion!" This is what people who value reason hear when Pro-Aborts regurgitate their spoon-fed propaganda. Take a hard look folks. This is literally a life or death issue. It is a fact of history that every culture or society that has created a tradition or “policy” of denying human beings the right to simply LIVE has had that tradition overturned. And history does NOT remember those particular practices of those societies and cultures favorably at all. It will be the same will be for us one day. Why not be on the “good” side now? Leave a legacy so that your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren do not have to wonder why their ancestors turned a blind eye to millions of human beings being killed.

“We should never forget that everything Adolf Hitler did in Germany was ‘legal…’”- Martin Luther King, Jr.

DIVINE MERCY NOW

MANKIND WILL NOT HAVE PEACE UNTIL IT TURNS WITH TRUST TO GOD'S MERCY - DIVINE MERCY NOW. IT IS TIME.

Dear president, abortion is still legal

Abortion is a legal medical procedure - to ban physicians from talking about it with their patients is ridiculous. It's a violation of privacy, and a clear case of a politician imposing his personal beliefs on other people. Imagine if President Bush were against cosmetic surgery, and prevented plastic surgeons from discussing nose jobs, or breast reconstruction for cancer survivors. Or if he believed that tumors, benign or not, were God's Will and therefore proclaimed that treatment options couldn't be discussed.

here come the coat hanger slaughter houses

If a doctor is not allowed to suggest a safe abortion clinic, where are the rape victims and the scared pre teens going to go? There are people that will be taken advantage of. Referrals are for a reason, they are so patients don't end up at a human chop shop. I foresee much of this happening if doctors are outlawed from referring patients to abortion clinics. What happened to the WOMENS RIGHT TO CHOOSE. It's not your body and it's not your fetus so keep your hands and your religious "virtues" off my reproductive organs. THEY ARE MINE TO CHOOSE WHAT I DO WITH. If we're going to outlaw abortion referrals then shouldn’t we outlaw hysterectomies referrals? It's the same thing in perspective. It makes me sick when these types of laws are put in to place. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SEPERATION OF RELIGION AND STATE!?

Fix now or fix later

Perhaps someone can stop Bush from making late-in-his-term new rules. A better hope is that many of the things he has done can simply be rescinded, starting 1/21/09.
