Stay-at-home Mom

My only quam with the ideas in this book is that it almost suggests that a mom who is at home should actually have a perfect house, while the working mom doesn't. Most moms that are at home have small children in the home. Its nearly impossible (and highly unnecessary) to have a perfect house with small children. I found it much MUCH easier to maintain my home and family when I was working and the two toddlers were in daycare.

Stay-at-home Moms out there: Your home doesn't need to be Martha-perfect either. I was given this book to help rid me of my desires to be "perfect," and my guilt for never succeeding at it. I have a long way to go, but I am making peace with my dust-bunnies too.
