Swine flu

It is not clearly stated whether the vaccine has been prepared and is being made available world wide which it should be quickly. Secondly, No food care is being written.

I've seen to have gotten a girl pregnant..

I'm now 19 and experiencing being a dad. I must say although it feels good it's still hard. I knew it wouldn't be easy but to be honest, the hard part is having to balance time. My daughter is great and makes managing her never dreadful. -Teen dad

Keep Immune System Strong

To help keep my family's immunity strong, I've added vitamins C & D3, probiotics and elderberry extract to our daily regimen. I also have air purifiers throughout our home. Since I travel for work, I went online yesterday and bought face masks and hand sanitizers to take with me.

Because I know a lot of families are taking the same precautions and are on a budget like we are, I just want to pass along that you can get all of these items and more at Vitacost.com (www.vitacost.com). Their prices are really great.

Right now they are including a free Vitacost Healthy Living Kit with a $50 purchase. It contains a Vitacost shaker cup, a pill case and a mouse pad with a healthy eating guide printed on it. I just had to enter Source Code WD95BG at checkout. I think the offer expires some time at the end of May. Every bit counts. Stay healthy!

its reality....

As scary as it can be, we need to remember to pray & stay faithful in the lord. for times are hard & the things that are happening around the world,we need to pray for the precious blood of jesus to keep us safe & secured.

Protect Yourself

We need to take a good look at our diets. Eating healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables, and cutting out sugar and processed junk foods will give our bodies what they need to stay healthy. Sugar has been found to reduce our immune systems' capabilities to fight off viruses. Also taking vitamin D and C and drinking lots of water will help!

what if?

what if swine flu is all around the world?
