Hmm... About the FDA comment...

Detmers told me in a recent interview his take on the FDA was that the device had already been approved and now synching it up to an iPhone doesn't change that clearance... curious where the FDA comment came from in this article -- it wasn't attributed?

I think these devices will be on the market and very soon. Just waiting on Apple to officially make the iPhone 3.0 update and the Bluetooth peripherals for medical devices will come to the market in full force...

ok

well, i think that it may be a good idea to bring that up in the next health board meeting for doctors because machines can make mistakes (i-pod)

cooooooolll

high tech

windowsluvr

I have a Windows Mobile phone and have been tracking and adjusting my sugars online with my phone and Diabetes Pilot and others for several years now. Why do we always hear now about only Apple? Microsoft is a great American company as well but gets no love.

You dont agree because you are not informed

If you are implying that your children are healthy because they keep a "nice good body", you should look up juvenile diabetes. It is a disease that cannot be prevented OR cured by keeping fit and in shape. This phone is simply helping children with a tough health condition communicate with family and doctors in an easier way. Thank you iPhone!!!!!!!!!!!

Ummm

This is awesome I know when I was in school my parents were on my back about my sugar readings. Not to mention having diabetes sucks so go buy your kids an iPhone

i dont agree

i think that is a worse idea i have ever hear of. i have 6 childern and they are all very health. they like to keep a nice good body.i dont think that is a good idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
