Anyone getting cheap jewellery at a retail store in a mall will of course run the risk of getting inferior products, as these aren't reputable dealers. The simple solution is that these stores, such as Claires, should not be allowed to sell things which they know nothing about... They still pierce ears with a gun, which is anything but sanitary, or safe.
