Best for me!

Test cream has changed my life! Before, had been low for years, but GP was reluctant to use test supps. Finally saw a naturalpath six months ago. He provided test cream, life changed. Interested in life, LOVE, and family again. My wife says her husband is back after several years. My body is toning again. Get tested and get using.

TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT

I just started testosterone replacement about 4 weeks ago. This is after 6-7 yrs. of trying at least 6 differant anti-depressants, with no results. After about the 3rd week of testo. replacement (1ml shot per week in my case) I am starting to feel much better. I understand it takes 4-7 weeks to bring your testosterone levels up to "normal" range. If it continues to improve-it will be the best thing I have done. (I would like to recommend www.thehiddendisease.com for very imformative videos)

Patch

I have been wearing the androderm patch for over two years. At one point in time I ran out of my prescription, was feeling fine so wasn't to worried about it, two weeks later I realized how well the testosterone was working. I was tired all the time and had decreased sex drive. I started back on the patch and the symptoms went away. The patch is good because you don't have to worry about it rubbing off on your family. I would highly recommend having your levels checked if you seem tired all the time. I am also a second year medical student so I did a lot of research and have talked to many of my profesors about the side effects and benefits. I decided it was worth it for me. Good luck

estrogen from soy products

The American male has been duped into eating and drinking lot's of Soy products behind the hype it is good for you. Soy produces estrogen like compounds and in men will cause a lot of the same symptoms low testosterone does. Avoid Soy if you want to remain a healthy male.

Testosterone has helped me!

I've been applying Androgel to my skin (two 5 mg packets per day) for the last 8 weeks, and about three weeks into my prescription, I noticed a marked increase in my sexual desire, and, just as important, a marked increase in my ability to perform. My sex life has improved dramatically, and my weight-training workouts have improved as well. I'm feeling bullish, again! And my girlfriend loves it.

I started the testosterone treatments after complaining to PCP about extreme fatigue, as if something was physically wrong with me. My PCP had my blood tested, and when the blood test revealed my testosterone level was below normal, I was referred to my urologist, who, after consultation, prescribed the application of one packet of Androgel per day to my skin.

After several weeks of applying one packet of Andrgel per day, there was only a marginal increase in my testosterone level (near the bottom of the normal range), so my urologist increased my dosage from one to two packets of Androgel per day, and THAT did the trick!

Natural Methods First

Before considering supplementation... ensure the following is addressed:

1. Proper Nutritious Diet ( A,D zinc, B-vit etc. ).

2 Adequate restful sleep, ( eliminate caffeine, and use meditation ).

3. Aerobic exercise 3 times for 25min.

4. Intense sessions of weight lifting ( 2-3 session/week ). ( Note adequate rest required. )

5. Sexually Oriented thoughts, the mind can work wonders and controls more about our hormones that generally accepted in the conventional medical community. It is the nervous system that has anticipatory effects in raising testosterone, I read a study once where a man measured his whisker weight each day as he anticipated being re-united with his wife, the whiskers weight increased as the day approached.

6. Positive Thinking, chronic unremitting stress can zap the body and lower sexual receptivity.

7. Prayer, with faith God will answer the persistent faithful soul, who approaches with humility and belief.

Testosterone

Testosterone is very useful for those people who would like to reduce their weight , reduce stress level and want to improve their sex drive then the testosterone is very good for them, you can get more information about testosterone from there,

no drive

I am 36 and have no drive, lost my job due to economy, but have no desire to even leave the house or make love to my wife. This isnt just starting for me though, i was addicted to meth for years, and have been clean for 5 years now, since then my drive has been terrible. My guy friends are all riding motorcycles and doing fun guy stuff and i just want sit, and i know this isnt right, i want to energetic, and enjoy the fun things in life. I have little money and no insurance, and no drive to get better. What can i do!

warning

btw those creams can rub off on kids and cause them health issues so just be aware of that.

Had the shots before

I was taking shots for testosterone because after using alot of drugs in my early twenties it messed with my endocrine system

causing a low hormone count. symptoms included tired all the time no modivation and on top of add I could barely even keep

a conversation. after recieving my shot I was alert focused

and motivated I was making love to my lady regularly. I did get acne again which kinda stunk but aside from some habitual zit

popping it made me happier all around and improved my life dramaticly what stinks is im only 27...... and i have to get a shot once a month for the rest of my life.. dont use drugs.. tell your sons that it might make there junk stop working right.

It's been some time since ive had my shot for financial reasons and im feeling all of the old symptoms come back. so if you experience anything like the above seriously get your testosterone levels checked youre missing out on feeling like the other guys living happy alert and kicking arse. in a nutshell the treatment is worth any problems. I would rather live fuller happier days for a shorter time then live drab tired depressed no sex and unhappy for a long time.
