People better put health care at the top of their priority list when they vote for President. Do we really want National health care? All we have to do is look at our neighbor to the north (Canada) and our ally across the ocean (England) to see where that will lead. They come here and pay out of pocket to get what they can't in their own countries! Where will we go to get the operation or procedure we need and can't get in the US? Canada? England? We better wake up before it's too late! It may be expensive here but everyone has the opportunity to get quality health care under our system!

When people say the "economy" is the biggest issue, they haven't the faintest idea what they're talking about. Health care is the one that will kill their own personal little "economy" in their own little household. Americans are getting dumber by the day.
