Follow-Up: IDEA 'Biggest Loser' Article Now Online

Just one more quick post about The Biggest Loser. Earlier this month, I described an article in IDEA Fitness Journal in which fitness pros criticize the hit TV show for, among other things, promoting unrealistic expectations about exercise and weight loss.
