SMART FITNESS FOR GROWNUPS

Dear USNews,

I "searched" for an article, in the 2/28/06 edition - SMART FITNESS FOR GROWNUPS.

Each time the message was the same "no search results."

How might I get a copy of the article. My rheumatologist suggested the article.

Neat article! Will visit once again=)

Great suggestions.

Thanks for the great ideas o9n this page.

Aerobic House Cleaning

Look...I developed Aerobic House Cleaning to stay in shape AND have time with my newborn Daughters.

I'm a former Kick Boxer who turned to house cleaning for exercise.

Library and Garage Sales

Great information. I'd just add the following:

You want exercise videos for free? Try your local library. You might have to dust off your VCR, but it beats paying for them. Plus, the large variety lets you vary your workout and create muscle confusion - which is the theory behind P90x and other newer routines.

I'd also suggest with spring here, hitting some garage sales. Discount equipment, weights, videos, etc. can be found quite cheap.

used equipment

You can also buy used equipment on Craigslist, where you can find a lot of typical gym cardio equipment (exercise bikes, ellipticals) for less than $100.

...

some great ideas...
