Homework 1
i do not agree with the author. In my mind sport is every time good. I think especially running is good for our heart. Also the second point is not true in my opinion because you can run with special shoes which are individual. The third point is very funny because you can get skin cancer because of the whenever you are outside. It doesn´t matter if I am walking or running. All in all I disagree because as I know sport is good for our health and I like to make sports. But you should not exaggerate it. I would never make extreme sports because it is to dangerous I think but running is not really extreme.
My point of view
According to the article, I completely disagree with the author because running do not kill runners.Hobson says that running can produce damages in our health. But the question is : Who is the guilty? Running or runner?
At the third reason she says that running can increase your odds of skin cancer but everybody knows that you have to protect your skin when you are exposed to the sun.
With regard to running caused heart problems and damages in your bones I belive that it is not true because running improve your quality of life and strengthen your immudity system.
In conclusion, these claims are not reasons to stop running.

i disagree with the 3 myths
I disagree with the idea of the article about the heart attack.
First, as it is said, there is no evidence that it causes long-term harm or actually leads to heart attacks. Instead, running will make heart strong and provide the cardiac muscle more oxygen that can make heart work well. Because of the original load of the heart, heart will be healthy. It means when heart do more work than before, the amount of the blood of the coronary arteries which flow through the heart increase the blood flow greatly, so the heart can obtain more oxygen and nutrients. On the other words, heart will work well when people do some activities.
I disagree with the statement about running will do harm to the joints.
It will do harm to the joints but not absolutely. For some professional athletes, they run every day and do a lot of exercises, so they have more possibilities to hurt their joints; at the same time, they will easy to get arthritis and some joint diseases. But for some people have healthy joint, running can make their joints and muscles strong and prevent them some joint diseases.
I also disagree with the third idea.
Instead of running outside the window, people can choose other way to do practice to avoid strong sunlight. For example, people can use the running machines in the gym. By doing this way, people can not only avoid the strong sunlight, but also control the time and the make a appropriate process for them to make them health! Or they can also run in the morning, to breathe fresh air, and avoid the strong ultraviolet. Furthermore, it is not true that all the places is not good for outdoor running, in some places that the sun is not strong, people can also choose to run in the street.

Running
I have been running regularly since August 1978 and am now almost 59 years old. You cynics can try to put a damper on this all you want, however, it is clear to me that running is like having a good bank account. There are far more deposits than withdrawls. Adult onset diabetes runs in our family, and I firmly believe that my running has helped to prevent me from getting this disease. Not to mention how running helps mentally. I hope to keep running for many years to come. Great information--you just validated why I got my 5 miles in this morning!
