kashi vive

who makes kashi and where do the ingredients come from?

Kashi

I've recieved a free sample of Kashi VIVE which includes coupons. I plan on trying this because the taste is great for a high fiber cereal. It also has digestive aids added and other supplements.. Look for it and read the label yourself.

P.S.

Just wanted to clarify that I didn't apply these criteria to every cereal on the shelves....there are surely others there that fit the bill. I just picked out those three. So if your fave isn't here, it doesn't mean it's not a healthy choice. Use these tips to check it out yourself.

Do you know how grape-nuts and honey nut cheerios stack up?
